ALUMINUM-BRONZE 

  • Available in a variety of shapes and sizes

  • Grade C954

  • The most common grade of aluminum-bronze, it is an alloy combining copper and aluminum 

  • Very good resistance to corrosion in the marine environment, wear due to friction, impact, traction and overload 

  • Good response to high temperatures

  • Harder than classic bronze 

  • Typical applications include bearings, gears, valve components, wear plates and wear strips.

  • Grade C630

  • Alloy combining copper, aluminum and nickel 

  • Exceptional resistance and hardness 

  • It is used where the highest mechanical properties are required such as in equipment for the energy markets, aeronautics, marine environments and any other industrial application.

  • Other alloys also available on request

Aluminium-bronze

BRASS

  • Generally available in round bar, hexagonal bar or any other parts available on the market 

  • GRADE 464 (NAVAL)

  • Alloy generally containing 59% Copper 40% Zinc and 1% Tin

  • Excellent corrosion resistance, good wear resistance

  • Good machinability

  • Frequent use in the marine environment

  • GRADE 360 (YELLOW BRASS)

  • Soft and ductile metal with excellent machinability rating

  • Typical applications include automotive parts, plumbing products, fittings, adapters, and various screw machine parts, etc.

COPPER

  • Generally available in sheet, round, square and rectangular bar or off the shelf pieces

  • Copper is one of the best conductors of electricity and is used to form alloys. Pure metal that can be recycled endlessly. Corrosion resistant and highly malleable

  • Brass

  • The most versatile of brass instruments

  • Red copper

  • Very malleable 

  • Ideal for electrical conductors, gutters, jewelry, ammunition, stamping, etc.

NICKEL

  • Generally available in sheet, wire, bar or any other pieces available on the market 

  • Nickel is generally stronger and more malleable than steel

  • Very resistant to wear and corrosion

  • Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity

  • ​GRADE C276

  • Excellent corrosion resistance in marine and chloric environments and good resistance in humid and oxidizing environments

  • Not recommended for high temperatures

  • GRADE C22

  • Stronger overall than C276

  • Excellent resistance to corrosion due to chlorine and good resistance in humid and oxidizing environments 

  • Good solderability

  • Frequent use in industrial environments with aggressive and corrosive environments
